Important Information About Telecommuting during COVID-19

External Enrollment

Open 'Safari'

Navigate to: airwatch.hs.uci.edu



Press ‘Go’ at the bottom of the keyboard





You will be presented with a ‘Device Type:’ selection. Select the option that best describes your device.



  • 1. Employee Owned – You own both the device AND the account that provides service for the device.
  • 2. UC Irvine Owned – UC Irvine owns either the device OR the account that provides service for the device.

Enter your UCINetID (starting with hs\) and your password

Press

Read and accept the End User License Agreement by pressing

You will be redirected to the profile installation screen. Press ‘Install’ to begin the device enrollment challenge.



**NOTE: You will encounter the following error if your device doesn't meet the minimum OS version of 5.0.

Press ‘Install Now’ to start the installation



The final step is to install the Mobile Device Management profile. Do so by pressing ‘Install”.



Once the profile is successfully installed, press

You will be redirected to a new page while your registration is being processed.



You may receive a pop-up stating 'Could not activate cellular data network'. This is normal so press 'OK'.



After 30 seconds you will be redirected to the following countdown page.



Press the 'Click Here' link at the bottom and you will be redirected to a warning page. This warning just means that your device was not connected to the 'UCIHealth' wireless network during the enrollment process. This is expected and can be ignored.



Congratulations! You are now enrolled in AirWatch and have access to great Mobility features such as Internal Applications and Quest Remote Access.
